Accommodations

Special rates for the Embassy Suites, Brighton Condo and Margate Condo have been established for SACS 2010 Annual Meeting attendees.

Embassy Suites

The ocean-front Embassy Suites provides the perfect location to enjoy all that Kingston Plantation has to offer with accommodations featuring spacious living areas and luxurious appointments. Each suite features sweeping Atlantic Ocean vistas, comfrotable living areas and luxurious appointments.  Suites are equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, two TVs and two telephones with voicemail and data ports. In-room amenities include coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator and wet bar, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.  Outside their door, guests will find the 50,000 sq-foot Sport & Health Club, SPASH! Caribbean Family Water Playground and Lazy River, nine pools, nine lighted tennis courts, and ocean-front restaurant and lounge.

Brighton Tower

Brighton Tower features 2- and 3-bedroom oceanview condominiums.  Individually decorated, each condo has a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, washer/dryer, and private balconies to enjoy the scenic shoreline.  An outdoor swimming pool and convenient beach access are great for soaking up the sun.

Margate Condo

The 29-story luxury high rise features residences with free-flowing living and entertainment areas complemented by a gourmet kitchen. Balconies capture the gentle ocean breezes and provide spectacular views of the white-sandy beaches and Atlantic coastline. All accommodations feature complimentary shuttle service throughout the resort and complimentary access to the Sport & Health Club.

  All rates are subject to local sales tax, which is currently 12%.

 

                                RESERVATIONS 

  • SACS attendees are responsible for making their own reservations.

  • Accommodation types are limited and are on a first come, space available basis. 

  • Make your reservations early to ensure you get what you prefer.

  • Kingston Plantation reservation number is 800-845-876-0010.

  •  Although on-line reservations are available, you must phone in your reservation and identify yourself as attending the South Atlantic Cardiovascular Society meeting in order to receive SACS’s special rates.

  • The deadline for making reservations at Kingston Plantation is July 16, 2010.
