The South Atlantic Cardiovascular Society was established 50 years ago with the goal of bringing cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, APP’s and other specialists together to discuss complex clinical cardiovascular cases and the factors that impact our patients.
In July 2021, we held our first South Atlantic Cardiovascular Society Adult Congenital Heart Disease Focus Sessions. Close to 40 participants discussed ACHD topics in a very interactive and collegial form. The feedback from this first ACHD Focus Sessions was extremely positive and set the stage for annual ACHD meetings.
Our goal is to create and provide an environment of learning based on the discussion regarding complex congenital heart disease cases and foster professional relationships amongst ACHD Care Teams from the Southeast and beyond.
We hope that you can join us and look forward to seeing you in Amelia Island, FL, July 13-16th!
