Jorge Alegria, MD, serves as medical director of the Sanger Heart and Vascular Institute Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program at Atrium Health, and co-Director of the Marfan and Aortopathy Clinic in Charlotte North Carolina. Dr. Alegria’s practice is based on the care of adults with congenital heart diseases, general cardiology, and echocardiography. He is an active member of the North Carolina ACC Chapter as a councilor and leads the NC-ACC-Chilean Cardiovascular Society Twinning Program.
