- Hotel Rooms (Run of House at either Sweetgrass Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass or Boardwalk Inn): $359.00
- Junior Suites at The Boardwalk Inn: $369.00
- One Bedroom Suite at The Residences $369.00
- Two Bedroom Suites at The Residences: $472.00
- Three Bedroom Suites at The Residences: $575.00
- Two Bedroom Condo: $451.00
- Three Bedroom Condo: $555.00
